Accepting these terms

These terms apply to your use of this site and to any order you place with T.h.Chi. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

You must be 21 or older

This site and our service are restricted to adults 21 and over. Confirming your age on the site is not sufficient on its own — California law requires that we verify a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID in person at the time of delivery.

• The person who placed the order must be the person who receives it, and the name on the ID must match the order.
• Our driver will decline the delivery if no valid ID is presented, if the ID does not match, or if the recipient appears intoxicated.
• A declined delivery for any of these reasons may be treated as a completed order and is not refundable.
• It is illegal to purchase cannabis on behalf of anyone under 21. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the service.

Licensed delivery service

T.h.Chi is a delivery-only cannabis retailer licensed by the State of California. We do not operate a public storefront, and all sales are completed through delivery to a physical address inside our service area.

We sell only to consumers for personal use, within the possession limits set by California law. We do not ship cannabis products, and we do not deliver outside California.

Service area and delivery

We currently deliver to Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Discovery Bay, Martinez, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Byron, Oakley, and surrounding East Bay areas. Delivery is available seven days a week from 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, order volume, and driver availability all affect timing. Orders placed near closing may be scheduled for the following day.

• Standard minimum order is $45. Discovery Bay and the Byron / Bethel Island area carry an $80 minimum.
• We deliver to residential and business addresses. We cannot deliver to public spaces, federal property, school grounds, or any address we are prohibited from serving.
• Someone 21 or older must be present at the address to receive the order.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Menu availability changes throughout the day, and we may cancel or substitute an item — with your approval — if stock runs out between ordering and dispatch.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable state and local cannabis taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

We accept cash and debit. Drivers carry limited change, so please have exact payment ready when paying cash.

Returns and refunds

California regulations strictly limit the return of cannabis products once they have left our custody. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If a product arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. Keep the product and its packaging, since we may need to inspect and document it.

Product information and health

Every product we deliver is third-party lab tested, and we publish potency and testing information as it is provided to us by the licensed cultivators and manufacturers we work with. Product descriptions, effects, and strain information are provided for general information only.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Cannabis affects individuals differently and can impair coordination and judgment. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products away from children and pets. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to misrepresent your age or identity, to resell products purchased from us, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

The content on this site — text, photography, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Third-party services

Our menu and ordering flow are provided in part through third-party platforms. When you order through one of those platforms, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to the transaction. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from delivery delays, product unavailability, or interruption of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
